As part of the Internationalization Support Project, APIT was present at the Series Mania Forum 2025, which took place between March 24 and 27 in Lille, France. With the main aim of contributing to the promotion and encouraging the participation of its members in international markets, the Association invested for the first time in its own stand and in a promotional campaign that included a Coffee & Tea Bike and a Mega Banner on the event’s website.
APIT members who attended the market used the stand for meetings and networking with professionals from the sector. Their participation in the market was essential and was also felt at the breakfast organized by the Portugal Film Commission.
As President of CEPI, Susana Gato was part of the panel “Preserving avirtuous European model: The challenges of the 2026 AVMS revision”, alongside the CNC, Amazon and the European Parliament. The French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati, closed the session.
Series Mania Forum was the ideal opportunity to exclusively launch the latest edition of the APIT brochure. The event has made a name for itself in the sector and is currently one of the most important markets for professionals in the area. In 2025, more than 4,000 participants attended.
